The Fountainhead is perhaps the greatest movie ever made. Like the novel on which it is based, it is an inspiring hymn to the virtues of freedom and artistic integrity.
Yet it does contain one weakness. Due to the time of its creation, it was filmed in black and white. Further work is needed if Howard Roark's architectural vision is to be seen by the masses in the glory of its true, full color.
Wagner had his Mad King Ludwig. Michelangelo had his Pope Alexander VI.
You may profit from their example!

The Fredösphere calls
forth some one enlighted (and really, really
rich) benefactor with altruistic motives and an appreciation of
the greatness of The Fountainhead.
I urge you to take up the task
of colorizing a print of this film.
Ignore, I beg you, the complaints
of the Ellsworth Tooheys of this world. Ignore especially the threats
of those who would stop you with pedantic claims of copyright
ownership.
If you press forward, in the end they will see the wisdom of this
course
of action. They will be made to see!
