I knoew there was a catch. The Golden Conch isn't for sale, just for rent. It says "Call for rates", but surely, if you have to ask, you can't afford it.
The rates they do divulge are around $5000/night and up. (I wonder why they don't say "/day...".
The Japanese often seem unclear on certain concepts.
